Italy

The Giusti family has been refining its recipe for balsamic vinegar since the seventeenth century. Using ancient casks, Giuseppe Giusti and family grow vines in the idyllic Po Valley in Modena, Italy, in rich, fertile soil located between the mountains and the sea. Each year the family welcomes 20,000 visitors to come and sample the vinegar - the best in the region, and perhaps the world.

France

Non-alcoholic alternatives continue to rise in popularity, and French Bloom is no exception. French Bloom is the brainchild of close friends Constance and Maggie who, following in the footsteps of the greatest winemakers, in 2019 set out to Champagne to create a luxury sparkling wine, without the alcohol content of your usual bubbly. The perfect beverage for all celebrations and occasions.

Spain

For five generations, the locals of Jabugo in southern Spain have passed on the knowledge of curing 100% Iberico ham. At Cinco Jotas, with a history of making the finest hams for 140 years, true craftsmen use time-honed skills to produce every single ham, which go through a five-year maturation process to produce a decadent charcuterie. Hand-carved and utterly sublime to taste.
